You're not listening. "Streaming platforms" are not the problem. Big Tech is the problem. And its a massive one that people may or may not understand completely. Streaming on Twitch is not just not solving that problem, its actively contributing to it. I figured the people here would know better but I suppose there's not even any hope for that.

Absolutely not lol. If it were 1936 you'd be whining that FDR shouldn't go on the radio because the radio stations are all owned by robber-barons.
And if it were 1936 there wouldn't be an internet, so there wouldn't be a good alternative, and that would be a bad analogy. As it stands, there absolutely is. Lots of them.
