The video is from Avengers: Endgame. I found a clip of the scene on YouTube, and screen recorded the video at 2x speed. I then used a couple of websites to convert the video to a gif and to add the text above the gif.
If youre on a pc there's a foss program called shotcut that you would have been able to do everything but download the video, but obviously what you did turned out fine
