It seems being amnesigenic doesn't make one immune from historical ignorance.
I'm well aware of the alleged historical grievances that some anarchists like to use to justify playing victim and being fucking useless, fortunately not all anarchists do this
You're just trying to trade one boot for another.
Yes, a proletarian boot to prevent the capitalists from ever taking power again, your absurd opposition to wielding power for anything good ensures you will never do anything but lose
Seems like a stretch to call the mass execution of anarchists "anything good" but I suppose that really depends on how you feel about anarchists.
Anything's possible when you make shit up kiddo
Can you give me one example of a time where the communists did not purge the anarchists?
Purge doesn't mean execute lmao
So you cannot, then?
Yes, communist parties purge people who are not communists, are incompetent, or are otherwise detrimental to the purpose of the party.
That is different from executions, which tend to be saved for desperate circumstances, nazis (not frequently enough, see Hungary), corruption and negligence resulting in mass human death, and people less reformable than Pu Yi.
Different from executions like the 681k documented executions by the Stalin regime?
No, those executions fall under desperate circumstances, Nazis, corruption and negligence.
Though in practice, there were a lot of locals using the government to settle old scores, until further centralization restricted those abuses, see Life and Terror in Stalin's Russia
I understand similar mechanics occurred during the Cultural Revolution, but I haven't done enough investigation to form a strong opinion there. I really should ask some old folk around here about their experiences.
Documented by who exactly?
Literally the soviets, that's an official figure.
Lol cool story, can't help noticing the complete absence of any substantiating evidence tho
Any source I give you will surely be dismissed as western propaganda.
You've got nothing and you know it
Can you give me one example of a "purge" that wasn't a direct response to anarchists being petulant shortsighted wreckers?
