Palmer Luckey's Peter Thiel-backed crypto bank clears a key regulatory hurdle

Step 1: The government is inefficient. It should be run like a business.

Step 2: The government should be of the people, by the people, for the people, but faceless corporations are people too.

Step 3: Government of the corporations, by the corporations, for the corporations. Corporations control the market, manipulate laws to eliminate competition, and collect our tax money but cannot be regulated or held accountable by the people.

Step 4: Government regulations on businesses (even the ones meant to protect real people) impede freedom and progress because "corporations are people too."

Step 5: Peter Thiel warns the Antichrist will actually look like a centralized government using their power to place regulations on the economy, surveillance, and AI. If we allow this, an authoritarian government controlling every aspect of our lives is inevitable.

Coincidentally, thanks to shadowy campaign donations that have allowed him to secure large government contracts, build and expand his corporations, and eliminate all competition, Thiel just happens to dominate the “free” market.

An authoritarian dystopia with an inescapable big brother surveillance network can’t possibly be authoritarian as long as it's left unregulated and completely centralized under Thiel's control. He's not some government bureaucrat, he's a private business owner and he hates “big centralized government."

Just to say, in the entire history of the movement, liberal values never applied to corporations.

Instead, the name of the government type where those values apply to corporations is "feudalism", and it's exactly what liberalism was created to kill.
