Ok so I genuinely thought, there's no way it really happened. That it was just stupid dudes making dumb jokes.
But that comes out of diving NO WHERE. "Oh you're with Bannon? Ask him if the Russians know Donnie blew Clinton." Sounds so much more like they're referencing an actual event.
He's joking, clearly. That's likely a reference to an earlier conversation, maybe about Trump kissing Clinton's ass of the like.

From context and references to "Donald", "with Bannon", "Ask Putin", and "Donnie Tee" - I'm guessing "Donnie Dee" also refers to the current President.
Don't know if Dee is a typo or a dick joke.
There are a lot of typos in these emails. I'm guessing it's supposed to be Donnie Tee like in the email below that.
