I mean, I definitely don't consider prozac part of a meal.

Common side effects include loss of appetite, nausea, diarrhea, headache, trouble sleeping, dry mouth, and sexual dysfunction. Serious side effects include serotonin syndrome, mania, seizures, an increased risk of suicidal behavior, and an increased risk of bleeding.

All medicines can have negative side effects on certain people. I don't recommend abandoning all modern medicine.

Literally every drug claims to have side effects and virtually no one ever experiences them because it only affects 0.01% of the population. And then they just have a slightly different alternative and now fine.
