10 seconds is too generous.
As I get older. I understand it more. Gotta hold back your outrage for your own health. Yeah, if I was in my 20s, but now, the 10 seconds are for me not them. It's about all the time I can muster to prevent me doing something that my body will regret tomorrow.
Do your body a favor and buy a baseball bat. You'll feel 10 years younger!
There's an option to skip after 5.
It's really a binary 10 seconds.....
