Those women are still alive, capable of testimony, and his sidekick is still serving her sentence. I know statute of limitations affects the ability to charge people, but you're supposed to be compiling a record of some heinous shit that prosecutors could have put a stop to, but didn't. Unless you're one of the guilty parties, you have no reason to refuse this.
