Looks like you have a lot of opinions but clearly haven't read a single thing.
Snyder is anti authoritarianism and attacks both fascism as well as communism from that angle.
If you read his latest book (On Freedom) where he shares his personal views he actually is against unregulated capitalism and has progressive views on about everything.
