Appropriate his presidencies to "not worth mentioning" and make that the official way for the government to refer to him. Seize his assets and remove his name from everything associated with him. And why would it be a red herring when the Files can be a great divider of his base? Even if they don't bring him down, he has lost plenty of support over them, and it's one of the few topics the converts cite that gave them pause.
