I have a feeling it's made that way, so Meta, Xitter, etc. can make their competition nonexistent unless they have AI features, and they will argue out from the social media regulations because they have AI.
Unless specifically directed by the constitution, states can do whatever the fuck they want, right?
The Constitution's a dead letter at this point with how dictatorial Trump is being.
