I don't know what you talking about, they made a movie called Alien and one called Aliens and luckily they never ever made another movie in the franchise.

i've only seen 1979 and Romulus. i feel like i dodged a bullet (i am planning on watching Aliens eventually, dw)

Aliens is the better movie out of all of them. It's more of an action but with perfect pacing and characters.
