What does it mean?
"-30-" (Journalism): A traditional sign-off in newspapers, originating from telegraphic codes (like the 92 Code) meaning "end of transmission," signifying the end of a story.
Thalion got it right. One of my former bosses was an ex-journalist and inststed on adding this to all our releases, despite it being archaic - and this was 20 years ago.
