They post videos and photos of stuff that they do on dark net law enforcement forums.

It seems likely that they give copies of it to Palantir Technologies, Inc, too.

maybe I'm underestimating them, but I have a hard time seeing any of these folks being savvy enough to know websites other than facebook, xitter, or truthsocial

Tor has come a long way in terms of usability, and all these freaks are constantly worried about someone infringing their free speech rights as well as the fact that there's definitely a non-zero number of right-wing/white supremacist forums on the darknet. So to me it's actually unsurprising that they would be posting them to darknet sites, just like it's unsurprising the number of them that have cryptocoin wallets. Especially in law enforcement, where they gather a lot of their evidence from electronic sources these days, so they have to be a little bit more aware of how easily accessed it is than the average chud.

They hang out in discords where they receive comprehensive instruction and assistance

DHS also posts their footage on clearnet socials for clout.

Not even that, just Telegrams and Discords and their subreddit where they can all laugh and jeer and throw racial slurs around.

I think that you are right. It seems that it has moved from behind digital walls.

So they can have souvenirs that they control.

To scare you.

They think what you're doing is wrong and by recording you, they want you to think, they can later go after you when you don't expect it.

Because they are creating a database of citizens they deem are the enemy. Very soon they will start coming after the people on those lists.

They have bodycams and that's better for us so we can have evidence for both. A lot of corrupt cops try to turn off their cams before doing shady shit
