Nah, I believe him. I believe he's just not doing his job, he just occasionally runs into the office and orders everyone to drop what they're doing and help with whatever is in the news cycle
I believe he has no idea what's going on, because every word out of his mouth reads like he just did his first ride along. I believe him when he says he doesn't know who his department heads are, let alone current events

Nah. For most people I'd agree. This guy is literally clueless. If you've watched him talk more than one time you know this it typical. He has no idea what is going on.
