Wait really? Well damn, but I get it.
I'm just speculating. The creators did say repeatedly they would stop the show when they felt it had run it's course. And the cancellation announcement they said it felt burned out. Personally I think there's another layer with the WB acquisition but who knows. Have to take it at face value.
Will they go the family guy route and reboot in 5 years and continue on forever.
