Ooooh I wanna be on all the American lists. I wish I was a doctor. Sign me up. I hope our doctors wear this like a badge of honor. Publicise you've been added to the list. Encourage Americans to flee to obtain your services. Fuck the dictator.

And Canadians, prepare to defend these doctors with your lives should it come to that.

I know in the US that bottom surgery generally doesn't happen under 18, and the same is true in Canada, no? It's always just for show, although I guess we can't assume anyone in the government actually pays attention to statistics.

Gender affirming surgeries are rare for teenagers and even if they do happen it's for 16 year olds and up with strong cases.

and it's normally for gender affirming care for Cis folks. I.e. things to make AMAB folks appear more in line with stereotypical male appearances.
