for those of us that time has proven over and over again that we are below average in the needs of even the most basic of capitalistic endeavors ... prepare for our moment to shine!

Unless these folks go through the formal process of renouncing their citizenship (which includes fees and a tax payment for people with lots of unrealized gains, like their retirement funds), they are still entitled to vote.

So, now you know why Trump hates mail in voting so much! These ex-pats are not likely to vote for him (or Repubkicans in general) if their leadership caused them to flee the country. Making it harder for these people to vote is essential for their plans for a permanent Repubkican ruling class.
