They went unused because cutco handles suck so bad! Only use if you like your hands to hurt.

I bought a $40 Miracle Blade set from Walmart once... I say once cause I still have most of it and my nicer knives live in the wood block that came with the set.

Honestly just get some steel knives and don't brag about a pity purchase.

one of my old jobs had a big cutco carving knife that i actually really liked for veggie prep. sometimes you can find em on ebay for real cheap!
