U.S. Magistrate Judge Shiva Hodges said Thursday that the weight of evidence against May is significant. She cited his international travels and the danger he possibly poses to himself, his two young children and to other children.

May was arrested at his West Columbia home Wednesday, roughly 10 months after his house was raided in August 2024 by U.S. Homeland Security Investigation agents, who seized various electronic devices, such as cellphones, hard drives, a CD and thumb drives.

May, who was shackled at his wrists and ankles at his first federal court appearance Thursday in Columbia, entered a plea of not guilty.

Of course he's a pedophile, he's a MAGA. ALL conservatives are Pedophiles, no exception. If they aren't actively involved, they support those who are, and that's the same thing.

All MAGA Nazis are PedoCons.

Group of Pedophiles

Or Pedo Party

[–] BarneyPiccolo@lemmy.today 1 points 3 hours ago
[–] Bronzebeard@lemmy.zip 4 points 20 hours ago

Oh look, it's always the ones you most suspect. Republicans.

[–] fittedsyllabi@lemmy.world 2 points 19 hours ago

Damn these Repedophileicans.

[–] OhStopYellingAtMe@lemmy.world 2 points 20 hours ago (1 children)
[–] BarneyPiccolo@lemmy.today 1 points 3 hours ago

Add him to the VERY long list of PedoCons.

[–] bitwolf@sh.itjust.works 4 points 1 day ago

May, 38, used username “joebidennnn69”

I swear, Biden lives rent free in all Republicans heads

[–] alt_xa_23@lemmy.world 5 points 1 day ago

Still not a drag queen

[–] iceagec0mmie@lemmy.org 0 points 20 hours ago (1 children)

castration is the only solution.

[–] Jyek@sh.itjust.works 0 points 20 hours ago* (last edited 20 hours ago) (1 children)

A charge is not conviction. Also false convictions happen all the time. Castrating a man, guilty or not, is a punishment unfit for crime, as with physical mutilation or any kind or capital punishment. These sorts of punishments also leave zero room for rehabilitation as the punishment is permanent suffering.

[–] iceagec0mmie@lemmy.org -1 points 17 hours ago (1 children)

honestly, i think a chomo deserves much worse than castration but permanent suffering for them does sound fitting.

[–] Jyek@sh.itjust.works 1 points 4 hours ago (1 children)

I'm glad you read and considered my entire comment.

[–] iceagec0mmie@lemmy.org 0 points 4 hours ago (1 children)

i don’t care what SA apologists have to say. you deserve just as much hate as they do.

[–] Jyek@sh.itjust.works 1 points 4 hours ago (1 children)

That's interesting that that's what you took away from what I said. I'm not an apologist. Eternal suffering is what religious zealots believe wrongdoers deserve and I think lasting punishment is fuel rather than a deterrent. Do you think someone who had their testicles chopped off is going to find a consensual partner later in life? Or do you think they will have to resort to more SA to get laid?

Barbarism begets barbarism.

[–] iceagec0mmie@lemmy.org 1 points 18 minutes ago

what’s interesting is the length you’d rather go to have a conversation about evil people. any and all nazis, rapists, and their apologists, deserve to be six feet under. that way they will never have to resort to anything and rather become fertilizer.

but sure, keep running to the defense of monsters. i’m sure it will work out for you and your loved ones.

Guild of Pedophiles

[–] Plurrbear@lemmy.world 3 points 1 day ago

Wow, another Republican who is a sex offender… who would have guessed that?!

[–] the_q@lemmy.zip 7 points 2 days ago

Guys, I'm starting to think Republicans are bad people.

[–] inclementimmigrant@lemmy.world 3 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Sure looks like the Republican party is the party of pedophiles.

Grand Old Pedophiles

Guardian of Pedophiles

It's in the name GOP

[–] Xanthobilly@lemmy.world 6 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Well would you look at that! They actually put Republican in the title.

[–] SpaceNoodle@lemmy.world 3 points 2 days ago (1 children)

I don't have anywhere else to mention this, but last night I looked up one of my old Republican acquaintances (not that I've kept in touch with many) on Facebook to see what they were up to, and it turns out they are now five years into a thirty-year prison sentence for making kiddie porn.

Didn't expect that pattern to hit so close to home.

[–] Nougat@fedia.io 3 points 2 days ago

Damn ... I just did the same thing, and hit a similar record on the second person I looked up.

[–] MisterOwl@lemmy.world 3 points 2 days ago (2 children)

Republicans and pedophilia, name a more iconic duo.

[–] regedit@lemmy.zip 1 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Catholic priests and pedophilia.

[–] MisterOwl@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

Oooo good point that one is indeed more iconic.

"Small government fiscal conservatives" and spending more on cops oppressing anyone who's not a rich white cishet man in one city than most countries do on their military.

[–] Octavio@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Glad to hear that's still against the law in Trump's America.

The laws haven’t changed for non-billionaires.

[–] Runescholar@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago

It’s always exactly the ones you think.

[–] Meron35@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago

Usual suspects

[–] some_guy@lemmy.sdf.org 2 points 2 days ago

The indictment said May, 38, used username “joebidennnn69”

I remember this guy. What a username.

The party of family values, amiright?

[–] Gates9@sh.itjust.works 1 points 1 day ago
[–] misteloct@lemmy.dbzer0.com 1 points 1 day ago

The article could have just stated "Republican", everything else didn't need saying.

[–] tane69@lemmy.world 2 points 2 days ago

Another republican pedophile bringing the percentage up from 99.9999999% to 100%

[–] don@lemmy.ca 2 points 2 days ago

Republicans are pedophiles?! No fuckin way. Couldn’t have seen that coming, not possible. Republicans being pedophiles just wasn’t on my bingo card. Fuckin pedos.

[–] DarkFuture@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Another Republican pedophile? Weird.

Expect conservatives to rally around him. Sick fucks.

They want him around so they don't lose another CP source.

[–] JoeBigelow@lemmy.ca 0 points 1 day ago (1 children)

His friends don't seem particularly pleased with him. We'll see I guess.

[–] CLOTHESPlN@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago

He got caught, it invites more attention on them. If I was trying to hide smoking weed from my parents and my best friend got caught smoking weed, I wouldnt be too thrilled with them either.

[–] devolution@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago

And he will still be reelected.

[–] ruuster13@lemmy.zip 1 points 2 days ago

The GOP is the bubble.

[–] BigMacHole@sopuli.xyz 1 points 2 days ago

There's NOTHING Wrong with what he did!

-The People who called Epstein an American Hero, voted for Epstein's BEST FRIEND twice for President, are EXCITED for Ghislaine Maxwell to go OUT on Work Release AND support making the LEGAL AGE OF ADULTHOOD 14! AKA LITERALLY EVERY REPUBLICAN!

[–] moshankey@lemmy.world 1 points 2 days ago

But what about the drag queens?

[–] bubblybubbles@lemmy.ml 1 points 2 days ago
