No, ABC extinguishers aren't good for lithium battery fires. AVC extinguishers are what's recommended, although type D might work.
Or you could just drop it in the toilet.
Lithium battery fires are an exothermic reaction, often times self oxidizing, so typical extinguishers aren't up for the task.
I was going to say, its not the Samsung Galaxy Extinguisher, but the Extinguisher for Samsung Galaxy devices. They wanted it handy.
