$70 for 10-11 home depot buckets of potato salad is absolutely ridiculous. Who would buy that? Is that even sanitary? Yuck.

What a weird thing to engage your skeptic disbelief about, something really easy to look up and I mean kind of obvious if you think about the logistics of serving thousands of people in a restaurant.
I fired that off in the middle of the night assuming he was just doing a bit and riffing back. Wasn't trying to have an actual argument. Interesting to find out though!
Why does he require one person to buy all ten buckets? He'd be more likely to find a willing & slightly less insane customer if he'd sell each bucket for $7.
