An ICE agent violently threw an asylum seeker to the ground in front of her kids at a NYC immigration court. "Over [in Ecuador], they beat us there too," she said. "I didn’t think I’d come here to the United States and the same thing would happen to me."

How did she NOT think that? I guess she hasn’t been tuned into the news at all for the last… many months? ☹️

I’m a white dude in Canada and I’ve basically resigned to the idea that this is how I could be treated in America too if I say the wrong thing to the wrong asshole. Or just look at them wrong. It doesn’t seem to take much…

Anyway… General strike anytime, America. I’ll send you $10 a day for as long as you can keep it going, and I’m sure others around the world could do the same! I’d pay almost anything to see your rulers eat shit.
