Sadly the governor has just declared that he will not intervene only a day before the execution
So they are just gonna murder him with no decisive evidence?
Yeah pretty much, I wish I had something positive to say but no that's pretty much it.

For anybody lurking like I was, the execution ended up being botched, and a 1 year reprieve has been granted by the governor.
It is beyond shameful that the state tried to do this, but at least there is now time for his lawyer to push for the forensic testing more.
Well, its too late now. Fuck the death penalty.
