The fuck does this protectionist broadcasting-era rule even mean, for streamers? You gotta play Baldur's Gate 2 but not Baldur's Gate 3?

Ohhh, you mean video streaming services, not like Twitch randos. Okay. That's still sort of horrible, versus just replacing the old setup with a flat tax on anything television-esque, to fund domestic programming. A slim percent of everything is a lot, and people can just deal with it.
