That's a before and after treatment picture. That's incredible.
It's very promising indeed.
First picture seems very early though as she looks to still be in a hospital gown with significant swelling and peeling. In the second photo, you can still see scarring on the neck, and not where the makeup starts under her chin. Her skin looks pretty smooth though, considering. I'd assume similar discoloration remained on her face since it's visible in neck.
But regardless, what an improvement. Hope the treatment continues to improve

When did Canada get frats? That's such an American thing.
They've been up here since the 19th century, mostly at the larger universities, but they aren't in the news much because they don't cause the level of trouble the American ones do.
Sometime around 1879.
Never had any at my school.
