Not gonna happen. The majority of software engineers — especially American — trend towards ignorant technofascist pseudo-libertarian.
It's good to see IBM has realized the existential risk of eliminating the experience pipeline.
Candidates should demand double pay to come back. If you throw me away that easily, you will pay for it.
The people who got laid off that way should unionize and fight back. But they won't. They all think they're momentarily embarrassed multi-millionaires and unions would put a lie to that.
