Nazi re-revisionistically dogwhistling: Nazis can use this to dogwhistles with each other exactly how Norse symbols have been revisioned. Norse culture has nothing to do with Naziprop, but they can reutilize this.
I can def. see this as reclaiming tactics in say anarchist zones. But neutral zones it could be utilized double-edged.
