Honestly, this is reason enough to mobilize the national guard against ICE. It's a military raid on Chicago citizens without a warrant. There's nothing lawful about it and waiting for poor people to eventually get recompense in a lawsuit isn't enough to have any feeling of justice.
100%. The Gov has been a good spokesperson so far, but now it's time to put his money where his mouth is. If you live in Illinois, call your state reps and demand action.
