It's probably a spokesperson or lawyer with access to his account, posting on his behalf to attempt to garner sympathy.
Fuck Andrew Tate, but also, fuck condoning the mistreatment of any imprisoned person. I work with folks coming out of prison and it is incredibly common for them to be forced to drink unsafe water and the health effects follow them for years. No one should have to live like that.

i believe in rehabilitation, even for fucks like this. And even if they can't be rehabilitated, they deserve clean water at the very least.
I don't believe anything he says. In another tweet he claimed that he had no contact with the outside world. The man is posting to the world on a public platform. He clearly has internet access and contact.
Possibly, but typically, when someone is incarcerated and posting online, they do so via an intermediary such as their attorney or a family member. One has to imagine that Tate is not managing his own social media presence even when he's not locked up. I have no idea if that post accurately reflects the conditions he's being held under, but I do know that it accurately reflects the conditions of millions of incarcerated people in the U.S., which is fucked and should be changed.
See I can never trust these images because every time they are fake and I believe them and this time I was like "nah I'm not falling for it again" but now its real 🤦♂️
