Because it vaguely resembles dicks or a fist if you squint real hard or because it's a difficult to navigate cul de sac? Because the difficult part is on purpose to dissuade people from passing through, and the dicks part is just the result of adding a loop at the end of the road.
Its hostile neighborhood design in any case and I understand "its weird if you see dicks in every elongated shape" but sometimes it's unmistakable and this counts

I've been training for this my entire life. It's not weird at all. I'm just practicing a finely honed skill.
i like the idea i just wish the dicks were a bit shorter so the tips got a good view on the water. This way here its just nearly crossing swords.
