This may be outdated but still really scary

Not quite.

Dr Pepper is definitely wrong. Fully independent. Pepsi provides distribution in some markets, but that’s it.

Starbucks is also wrong. Pepsi distributes bottled fraps through a joint venture, but they are separate companies.

Ready to drink Lipton drinks come from Pepsi, but the brand it not owned by Pepsi (teabags and other).

Tazo was sold to Unilever in 2017 but then also sold again in 2022 to the same parent company of Lipton.

Ocean spray is a farmer coop, Pepsi just does distribution.

'Breathtaking' Is One Word for Purported Arnell Pepsi Doc

"When I did the Pepsi logo, I told Pepsi that I wanted to go to Asia, to China and Japan, for a month and tuck myself away and just design it and study it and create it," [Arnell Group’s Peter] Arnell said earlier to Ad Age. "There was a lot of research, a lot of consumer data points ... and dialogue that I had with the folks at Pepsi, consumers and retailers. We knew what we were doing."

So what does such a "breathtaking" redesign cost, anyway? Ad Age earlier reported that experts estimate the cost for a top firm to work five months at north of $1 million.

Dr Pepper

I will not stand for this slander, they are independent from Pepsi

Somewhere there has to be a store where those 3 are crammed together into one monstrosity.

I now have a purpose in life.
