I wish they could do something like first offence, 10% of your annual revenue for the next 10 years goes to restitution efforts. Second offence, it's 30% plus the govt. gets to set a CEO and the top management for a year. Thrd strike and the company is shut down and liquidated and the board members or any big stockholders never get to work in that industry again.
