You can choose an afternoon of sweet tastes followed by sugar crashing, tweaking and twitching on the couch and extending the habits of early onset diabetes.
It will take you years of disciplined exercise to reverse the effects!
I've done this for a while. I'll just buy a birthday cake and snack on it. 33 now, still skinny... But for how long π¬
