If I'm on the receiving end of that, I'd flip a coin or roll a dice for a decision. If I don't like it, I pick the other (two choices, coin flip), or reroll (more than two, dice roll). IDK where I heard this tip before but I really like it. Of course I only mostly do this for trivial stuff like where/what to eat, where to hang out at, etc.
