I have two in my closet and one downstairs in the TV Room, just in case one of them gives up. Plenty spare controllers as well. Made some of my best childhood/teen gaming memories with that console. Played it at the first sleepover i ever went to and at a boatload of family gatherings. It still gets use to this day for racing games when the family is here.

I made one with a hard drive and a TB of games on it as a Christmas gift for a friend and myself.
I still have my first US gen PS2 (fat boy, not the slim one) and it still works fine. Doesn't look good on modern tvs though
Born 2005 but I had one, and I had seen plenty in my life.
I trashpicked four PS2s, so that's five different PS2s I've seen.
I got one on launch day. The only console I ever did that for.
