Need to update the Geneva convention.
Making a killer drone that doesn't require human input just seems stupid. The human input is the point.
The argument is that drones can be jammed if they use wireless controls, and when piloted by fiber optics have limited range /can still sometimes have the fiber cut. Autonomous drones are the answer to the countermeasures being used in Ukraine/Russia right now.

Yup. Might as well just dump a bunch of landmines. Probably cheaper.
I'm not saying that I approve of any of this, just that this drone tech seems like a solution without a problem
