Right? I'm a swe, happily partnered up, and the times I was single, easily partnered up. The problem isn't being a tech bro, the problem is being a fuckin wet noodle of a person. I've got the same hobbyist servers, the same half-finished coding projects I'll never get done, the same 40k models, the same flab. I just also stand for good things and act on those beliefs, and live every day demonstrating that if you're fash or fash-adjacent, you're not safe here, and if you're anti-those things then I'm great.

OK, framing it as just a tech company is kind of burying the lead. Yeah, a lot of them suck, but this is the nastiest evil one around.

Ok, was surprised about that, so decided to look this up.
It turns out this is correct, the expression does tend to use "lede" though "lead" is also occasionally used. You could call that occasional usage just people making a mistake, except for one thing... "Lede" is just an archaic English form of the word "lead" and they both mean "to guide". So "burying the lead" is exactly the same statement as burying the lede", but with an archaic word replaced with the same modern word. So my question is, is that wrong?

And, yeah, when I tell people I work in tech the response is either "cool" or questions about what we do and how we do it, from the more geeky people. But I also don't work for a company that "shortens the kill chain" or "connects the supply chain to the kill chain"
EDIT : I want to be very clear that "Connecting the Supply Chain to the Kill Chain" is the real actual title of one of their advertising docs on their official website linked above.
