For most medicines in Australia, it's $25, or $7.70 if you have a concession card (HCC/DVA Gold/RHCA), Pharmacies get a set dispense fee (unless it's a dangerous medicine or needs to be compounded, which just add extra set fees) and the Pharma company gets a fixed negotiated amount paid from taxes.

Bike lanes suck.
They're better than no bike infrastructure at all, but they're still suck city compared to dedicated bike paths with physical barriers between cyclists/cars and even cyclists/pedestrians.
Fuck. Don't tell me those commie Demoncrats voted you into office too!!!!!??
I'd build those gosh darned commie railways, reduce roads* by a lane to make real dedicated bikeways and build euro style 4-5 story apartment blocks with retail on the ground floor and make it all walkable!

Unprotected bike lanes are actually worse than nothing so yeah.
I miss living on the Toronto harbourfront and being able to bike an hour in either direction along the lake with very minimal interactions with cars..
