All relationships are risky business emotionally.

If you get jealous, don't do poly, and don't date poly people.

The hard part is figuring out what you actually want.

my wife offered to have an open relationship because she's intimately distant and knows that. I told her I would get jealous if she were to be with someone else and it was something I couldn't accept. if she was willing to accept that I could be and she couldn't then it would be fine, but I don't think it would be fair to her to agree to that.

she didn't really give me a clear answer so we just continue our relationship as it has always been.

jealousy is a hell of a way to ruin a good marriage.

I'm not really convinced the numbers have risen that much. Just seems like it's getting more attention.
