Welcome to the discussion of US Politics!

Rules:

  1. Post only links to articles, Title must fairly describe link contents. If your title differs from the site’s, it should only be to add context or be more descriptive. Do not post entire articles in the body or in the comments.

Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.
  2. Be civil, No violations of TOS. It’s OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It’s NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
  3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

RFK Jr. shared his totally innocent practice of ogling other people's children and seeing "these kids that are just overburdened with mitochondrial challenges, with inflammation, you can tell from their faces, from their body movements, and from their lack of social connection, and I know that that’s not how our children are supposed to look,"

Unhealthiest looking man ogles children and judges their appearances, fuck this timeline. Im just hoping his medical practices kill him off quickly

Jesus Christ, the fact that such unscientific gobbledegook is coming from the person in charge of public health in this country is just so goddamn horrifying.

"Mitochondrial challenges"? The fuck?

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago

Kinda par for the course for the "maha" (more baby talk) movement.

I guess it's that time again:

258,000,000. That's the number they are aiming for.

They can't do outright executions. They know this. They admit this.

But millions dying from disease? Famine? Political Violence? No one will disagree with that. Those aren't war crimes.

This has been stated by the Heritage Foundation as a goal.

A healthy population would be "near 100,000,000". Remember when DEA idiot said she saved 75% of Americans over that fentanyl bust? Guess what 75% of the current population is? 268,500,000.

This is the goal. Trump got 1,000,000 by chance by COVID alone. That was a test run, if anything.

The US genocide was about 100 million.

Where did you get 258 million?

[–] sudo@lemmy.today 9 points 1 day ago (1 children)

The goal is to reduce the population down to 100m people. Which means culling/murdering/genociding 250m+ more.

[–] quick_snail@feddit.nl -1 points 1 day ago

OK, but that's just theory. And those are Christian fascists, so they probably expect that the literal biblical Devil will do that.

Most the US has murdered in a single war was 100 million.

[–] 0li0li@lemmy.world 32 points 2 days ago

I would have gone with "mass murderer" instead, but that's just me.

[–] cheese_greater@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago

Social murder and its 100% legal

[–] mcbenavides85@piefed.social 14 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Why can’t he have the Kennedy curse?!

[–] FinalRemix@lemmy.world 16 points 2 days ago (1 children)

He does. It's just that his mitochondria are so fucking strong. It's some Parasite Eve or Galerians shit going on keeping him "alive".

[–] troybot@midwest.social 7 points 2 days ago (1 children)

mitochondria... Parasite Eve

Now I'm looking forward to seeing RFK jr testifying before a Senate panel and he just makes everyone spontaneously combust

[–] thesohoriots@lemmy.world 7 points 2 days ago

The Kennedys are actually Scanners. That’s why JFK’s head did that.

[–] Treczoks@lemmy.world 7 points 2 days ago (1 children)

History will list him right next to Thomas Midgley Jr., I think.

[–] Assassassin@lemmy.world 6 points 2 days ago (1 children)

At least midgley did the decent thing and killed himself accidentally.

[–] Soulg@ani.social 6 points 2 days ago

He also wasn't nearly as nefarious

Our very own Lysenko <3

[–] ShittyBeatlesFCPres@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago* (last edited 2 days ago)

They should do a “Victims of Communism” style statue for him except it’s victims of people who don’t think germs are real.

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago

Yep. Not enough of a deal is being made about this. Far too many people rolling over. The states that are making people get prescriptions for basic health care need to act, NOW.

And that's just for Covid. This asshole is fucking up health on multiple fronts, gleefully. I think that worm ruined his mitochondria.
