Yes that's one way of looking at death yes.
It's because for the Average Joe, having a TV box at the end of your driveway that has the latest big number on it is important. It's how they gain their identity. Do not upset them for obvious reasons.
One has only to think about it, would today's billionaires leave a resource unexploited, an economy un-leeched? They're working on all continents. But few countries are willingly degrading themselves and digging the collective bottom downward than Americans, who had it all and are now breaking it all down for someone else's profit.
I went to a gay camp earlier this year and a couple of the RVs had starlinks. They don't care and they don't think their dollars matter.
In fact I had a whole chat with my boss today about Chick Filet, he asked if I was boycotting (and said his gay daughter is too). He then launched into this spiel about how you're always supporting evil somehow so it doesn't matter.
I'm like, yeah but not one penny of my money goes to them, and that's all I can care about.
