They're using it so they can pass executive orders and do whatever they want.

Feel like you have no idea who this guy is or what he's about.

They are a complete waste of fucking time. They make people feel like they're accomplishing something when they aren't.

I think it's naive to believe that you're going to have a fair election in 2028 and that a Democratic candidate has any real chance. That said if there is an election, I'll still be voting for a leftist candidate. I just don't really have much hope that they will actually win.

We haven't built jack shit. Our parents built this shit, I voted for the left ever since I was able to vote. What do you want me to do go vigilante and start killing people?

You sound like an asshole when you accuse people of doing things they aren't responsible for.

You're talking about the bully language I used in response to the even more extreme bully language?

You have to try before you can consider it giving up. Americans have been almost completely complacent through all of this. And I don't consider protests a form of resistance. Protests are more for satiating the protester than actually fighting back against a government. Its a completely impotent form of resistance that implies no real risk or reward.

neither has ignoring the reality of a situation. French police are not like American police, nor are the politicians that control them. Republican politicians are literally above the law. They can do whatever they want because they control the courts, congress, and the presidency. They are soulless scumbags that literally do not have a sense of guilt or shame. And they are already putting the military into our cities. So its not just the police that we'd be fighting.

Block roads. Obstruct government and commerce. Hit infrastructure. Dump manure in the streets like the French. Stop garbage pickup. Bring society to its knees.

The first step to any of these things is explaining to me how we break Americans out of their complacent stupor. And honestly, the only way I can think to do that, is to wait for things to get much much much worse. Not until people are literally fighting for their survival will they be willing to do much of these things. If they had outside support, like the Vietnamese or Afghanis maybe they would be more willing. Its the reason i keep saying some support from our supposed NATO allies would be fucking incredible.

I read the "ww2 sabotage manual" - i forget exactly what it was called. I do remember it feeling incredibly outdated and not geared toward our current situation though. It seemed to mostly be meant for factory workers who could potentially sabotage production.
