This idea that the military "fights for our freedom" needs to die. It's complete horseshit. The last conflict the US military was involved in that could remotely be considered as a defense of Americans (the populace, not the oligarchs) was WW2. Everything since has been neocolonialism and gangster activity. Even prior to WW2, their primary function over their life has been genocide and colonialism. It was the US military that brought the world concentration camps. If there is any hope for Americans, we need to kill the civic religion.

I had a coworker approach me on break and start telling me about a book he was reading and how much he was enjoying it. Towards the end, he mentioned struggling with it and that he wished someone had told him how great reading was earlier. We were both damn near 30, and it was a YA novel. I resisted the asshole urge to roast him because, shit, at least he's trying?
After reading the article, it should still be relatively easy to get one if pharmacies and doctors don't play stupid. It seems like this move is meant to discourage people from even trying to get on or to cause hesitancy among providers in administering it.
