I don't see anything wrong with touch bar+proper control keys either. There isn't anything inherently bad about a touch bar in itself.

But replacing your function keys with a touch bar is a bad idea. It's not standard.

Sticking to standards plus giving other alternative control methods are fine. Kind of like how Asus implements a numpad into the toucpad. I think it's a gimmick but it doesn't hurt anyone.

I don't know man. Maybe I just don't understand it but games like BF1 for the most part look just as good as games today.

BF1 hits the in-engine frame limiter with modern cards on 4K and maxed out settings.

Yet new games for the most part run like dog shit.

So even with old hardware creating great looking games should still be possible.

Replacing the function keys with a capacitive bar was the stupidest thing they have ever done. So silly that even Apple walked back on that design choice.

Any serious laptop buyer would rule out a laptop just for that. And any casual buyer looking to spend XPS money on a laptop is going to buy a MacBook.

I'm glad the XPS line is back but unfortunately for Dell Windows is worse than ever.

Mozilla is still the only company maintaining an alternative to Chromium (there's also webkit if you count Apple). Without Firefox you can't have Librewolf or other alternatives.

Mozilla is not perfect but people really need to stop treating them in a purely binary fashion (you are either horrible or are perfect).

You can criticize Mozilla for the direction they are taking with Firefox, but also you can argue that being a hardcore privacy-centric browser will kill interest for Firefox even faster.

Safari on iOS with the Ublock Origin extension?

Because GM sucks.

People aren't asking for much. People just want their phone navigation and music controls displayed onto the infotainment. Won't consider any car that cannot afford me this tiny bit of convenience for the sake of nickel and diming me.

And if every car manufacturer starts forcing me to adopt their own stupid software I'll just buy a fucking phone holder.

And GM has shitty reliability anyways.
