How is this a shitpost? Politicalmemes exists.
We need to just start shitposting in every community, because everything is shitpost, and to deny that is to deny life. When you wake up in the morning, that's shitpost. When you drink a cup of coffee, that's shitpost. Drive to work, shitpost. It's all shitpost, and so I think all we can do is shitpost everywhere.

Everything is politics. Saying "no politics" is politics. The unwillingness to understand this is arguably a huge part of the problem, particularly in democratic systems. Every breath you take from the moment you are born until the moment you die is both a function of, and contributes towards a political zeitgeist which spans centuries in both directions. At best, an individual's attempt at "avoiding" politics merely cedes a portion of their own agency to others, which is again, a political act.
Lovely rhetoric there, but I regularly read newspapers, so I am "avoiding" nothing. It is just nice to have spaces which are about something other than politics.

I listen to music with no lyrics, and I make some of my own. What's the politics in that? I build Lego with my kid. I eat a sandwich for lunch.
Only through apathy. If the mods did their fucking jobs and actually made a rule against political posts, and then enforced that rule, we wouldn't have this problem.
