Two other friends stumbled across the same shit elsewhere in a bag on the ground without me even around, him and his girlfriend both got equally as sick. They agree that something fucked up is going around in some bags of weed lately, and they agree they're not gonna trust any random weed anymore.
The shit was miserable! Way beyond just any typical stomach bug from bad food, and that's coming from me that's had salmonella before. No, whatever it was, gave a typical weed taste and buzz for about 20 minutes, then everything went downhill from there..
Always get from a trusted supplier, and always get it as nuggets, as pre-ground weed can have potentially anything mixed/laced in it...

The oddest part about the two really bad experiences I had, is that it smelled, tasted, and felt basically normal, and didn't give me an extreme buzz or anything. It just felt like a normal buzz, for like 20 minutes..
Then, almost like a ton of bricks, I could tell for the next 10 minutes or so, that I absolutely needed to visit a toilet, from both ends..
Yes these two experiences came with fast heart rate and fast breathing, along with weirder than usual dreams those evenings, suggesting synthetics, but the initial smoking didn't seem off at all.
I like to think I've had enough smoke in my life to know when something is off, but those two episodes really threw me for a couple bad loops..
Since then, my two main rules are to only get from your trusted source, and also to make sure it's nuggets you gotta break down and roll yourself.
