It's easy to sit behind a keyboard and tell someone else to go put their life on the line for a cause.
Almost as easy as disingenuously dining out on your national legacy of “give me liberty of give me death” and “saving the world from fascists” for a century or two.

I didn't do anything to you. Why so much venom? You really think I can do something against the U.S. government? They rolled up to Venezuela and kidnapped their president like it was child's play. What makes you think there's anything I can personally do to them? It doesn't matter how angry I am, they're still the ones with the bombs.
There’s plenty you can personally do.
But you’re not asking “what can I do”- you’re asking “what can I do that requires no risk or sacrifice on my part?”
