Apparently Right Wing Media is reporting he had a trans girlfriend. But I can't find any trustworthy sources.

Even the New York Post article I read says that the person was neither his girlfriend or even trans (but totally considering it)

Mostly the article spun its wheels saying how much Kirk practiced love by hating transpeople. Because war is peace don't you know...
