Can someone please recommend a vacuum sealer under $50 that isn't terrible? The one I have doesn't remove all the air before sealing. I want one with two separate buttons: one to activate the vacuum, and a second one to seal. That way I can determine on my own when all the air is removed, rather than rely on a faulty automatic process.

$50 is not cheap for what is literally just an air pump in a box.

I appreciate the help, but this is not quite what I'm looking for. The two buttons on this device are "Seal" and " Vacuum & Seal". I'm looking for a device with a second button that says "Vacuum" only.

Not as cheap as what you're looking for, but bang for the buck chamber vacuum sealers are so much better and can achieve what you're looking for, and the bags are SO much cheaper
